Another 80-hour work week is behind me with the only runs for the week on Friday evening (1.7 miles) and Saturday evening (5.5 miles). I'll try to run another 5 miles tomorrow afternoon.
Btw, I'm really looking forward to tomorrow's Hungarian F1 Grand Prix. Go Kimi!! It will be interesting to watch Alonso and Hamilton going into T1 after what happened in qualifying.
Next Saturday, I'll be running my first 5K race ever, so I was hoping that I would be able to run more consistently in the weeks leading up to my first official race . Well, I'll do my best and we'll see what happens.
