I'm at the Orlando World Center Marriott hotel for 3 days this week (work related training). The weather is a really nice. It's a perfect FL sunny day. Quite the opposite of the low 30's in NY this morning.Trying to make the most of my time today, I went to the gym and set a new non-race personal best 5K of 27'27". Then I casually jogged a loop around the hotel's golf course.
